Call for pricing outside of these locations. Please note: we do not set up tents (except pop-ups) on concrete, blacktop, streets or parking lots.

3. Is delivery and setup included in the pricing?

Yes,  for Cottage Grove, Woodbury, Newport, St. Paul Park, and Afton,  Minnesota. There may be additional costs for adjacent areas. Call for pricing.

4. What should be done in extreme weather?

Evacuate the tent & call us at 651.325.7950.

Rental Agreement


To reserve tents, tables and chairs: Call 651-325-7950 or email A 50% non-refundable down payment (by cash or check) and a signed agreement is needed to confirm a reservation. Final payment is due 1 week prior to event. Changes to the agreement must be approved by Set It Up Party Rental.

If a tent requiring stakes is rented, Set It Up Party Rental will make arrangements with Gopher State One Call to mark any public utilities (2 full business days notice is required by Gopher State to locate before stakes can be driven). Customer is responsible to mark and/or be responsible for injuries and damage to private utility lines and sprinkler lines which are not marked by gopher state one call.

Tents are temporary: They provide protection from sun and rain typically. They are not designed for high winds, storms, lightning, tornados, etc. Evacuate if there is severe weather.

Damaged or missing items: Normal wear and tear is expected, but anything beyond that is the customers responsibility. Set It Up Party Rental will inspect all items at pick-up, and notify the customer of any damaged or missing items, which will be charged for at replacement cost. Customer is responsible for all items between set-up and pick-up. Please help keep our rental rates low by cleaning up obvious food and drink from rented items. We reserve the right to charge for cleaning up excessively messy items.

Rental is for the event date and time noted on this agreement only. No subletting of rented items.

Important: Customer will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Set It Up Party Rental from any injuries, judgements, damages, etc. at their event. This includes a legal defense and all other costs incurred.
